We all do it. Wander, that is. In our restlessness and discontent, our need for “more,” we leave the home we have with God and go in search of fulfillment that can never be found apart from him. And yet we are compelled to go. And thus a critical part of the life of faith is learning to turn around, to change course, literally to “repent.”
In this series we look at our propensity for leaving home and the work of turning back, of coming home (and how we might curb our impulses away from the next departure!).
