Healing Eden

When we study the scriptures, we mostly do so by focusing on the small pieces – a parable here, a psalm there, occasionally even a whole book. But at its core, the Bible is a singular narrative, recounting the story of God lovingly restoring his broken creation. In this series, we will look at this narrative from beginning to end, following the thread of God’s faithfulness to his ancient promise of salvation in Genesis, ‘til the moment of its ultimate fulfillment in the uniting of heaven and earth foretold in the book of Revelation. We’ll examine each step of the journey and work to understand why the events that occurred are how the story had to unfold. In the end, we’ll see for certain that love wins! But love takes a long time to achieve its victory and there are many struggles along the way.
